1. Getting to know you
Your free introductory consultation is a great starting point for us to get to know each other and discuss your financial situation, lifestyle aspirations and dreams.
It’s also a fine opportunity to establish a rapport, see if we’re a good fit and touch on the best plan of attack.
2. Confirming the way forward
At this stage, we dig deeper into your current circumstances and collect all your information. In doing so, together we’re able to settle on your personal and financial goals and decide upon a scope of services to be provided.
A dedicated Client Service Administrator (CSA) is also appointed to you, whom you have unlimited access to throughout your engagement with us.
3. Building your financial plan
We then consider a range of strategies, before formulating the best financial plan to achieve your objectives and meet your priorities.
Your Adviser will run you through the customised plan and supporting rationale, seek your feedback and gain your approval to action recommendations.
4. Implementing financial strategies
It’s now over to our experienced team to implement your financial plan over the agreed period.
We keep a close eye on the progress of your plan, tracking and monitoring to ensure goals are being met. Your CSA will be in regular contact to keep you completely updated along the way.
5. Ongoing review
As financial advice is a recurrent process, we’ll review your plan periodically to make sure it aligns with your evolving needs, risk profile and lifestyle changes.
Our aim throughout the entire process is to provide you with a sense of empowerment, helping take control of your financial situation.
